CR PAINTING LIMITED WARRANTY

CR Painting warranty all materials and labor on stated property for a period of two (2) years. We guarantee that the products used on the property will not peel or blister.

Any claim hereunder not presented to CR Painting during the specified period of time will discharge CR Painting from any responsibility or obligation under this warranty.

If after the inspection, the condition of the claim is covered under this warranty. CR Painting will provide sufficient materials and labor to properly recoat the stated area(s). The supplying of all replaced material and labor will not extend the warranty, however the remaining warranty period shall continue, warranty period shall mean the period commencing on the date reflected for both the owner and CR Painting.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Cracks in drywall, plaster, stucco or wood.

Peeling of layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by CR Painting

FOR THIS WARRANTY TO BE VALID, YOU MUST:

Pay the full contract price.

Retain a copy of the original contract.

Make the property accessible for CR Painting workers to perform the repairs.
